World Food Programme (WFP) and the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) delivered an Emergency Logistics and Humanitarian Relief Training in Belmopan from February 5th to 9th, covering:

• Best practices for the compilation of needs assessments for effective planning and response

• Levels at which relief aid should be acquired and challenges associated with unsolicited goods

• Warehouse management, design, and organizational structure

• Designing and implementing a humanitarian response as well as beneficiary targeting and distribution monitoring
